Work With Me

I’m currently accepting new patients at my clinic locations in Portland!

In Oregon I practice as a naturopathic primary care physician, offering the best of both worlds as I treat everything from chronic diseases to the common cold!

I GET IT. Health does not always come easy!

Making good food choices, getting the right exercise, reducing stress … these things are hard! And with so much conflicting and confusing health info out there, it can feel totally overwhelming.

It’s hard to know where to start, or whether something is actually helping. It’s easy to get discouraged and give up, ending up feeling lousy and back to square one.

Too often, I have patients come into my office and tell me that they don’t like going to the doctor.

They feel judged, not listened to or rushed out the door.

They feel like drugs are thrown at them with little to no options.

Nothing is explained to them.

This scenario is exactly why I decided to become a Naturopathic Physician.

I’m happy to say that my patients and clients have the complete opposite experience to this that I just described.

One of the principles of naturopathic medicine is “doctor as teacher”, and it is a value that weaves through every appointment I conduct.

My job as a doctor is to educate and empower you to become a healthier person.

Genuine empathy and nonjudgmental listening are the essential tools I use to get you there. I’m clear, positive and encouraging in my approach, and I can offer you the best of both worlds in terms of conventional and alternative medicine.

A naturopathic doctorate is the only accredited medical degree that trains primary care providers to be skilled at not only medication prescribing and disease management, but also true holistic preventive medicine with a focus on diet, lifestyle and gentle alternatives to medication.

I've learned natural and holistic ways to get at the root of your issues. My simple step-by-step approach is all about addressing you as a whole person.

My gut issues began after giving birth to my son ... Finally, I found Dr. Rebecca. She recommended testing for SIBO. I tested positive ... Dr. Rebecca responded carefully to my requests and needs and gave me so much needed support as I healed. She is a responsive and caring healer who deeply understands the emotional, mental, and physical challenges that come with food restrictions and gut issues.

I have had three ND’s over a twenty year period prior to Dr. Rebecca. All of them were great but Dr. Rebecca was the best fit for me out of any of them. The fact that she practiced homeopathy as well as herbs and craniosacral, and could prescribe a pharmacy drug if needed was a thorough combination. And so created a great experience for me and my husband! We have moved out of the US but will be using Dr. Rebecca’s online services. We feel really blessed to have had her and will continue to have her as our health professional.
